Is it stained glass?

I purchased an old window at a garage sale last spring. The girls and I decided to make this faux stained glass.







First, we drew six designs for the panes.







Then, we taped the designs on the front side of the panes and traced the drawings with 3-D, black acrylic paint.






Then, we spent LOTS of time painting in each section with acrylics, aiming for balance and harmony.






Now, we need someone to hang it in the art room!
